At Leed Construction ltswe believe in concept through to creation and have developed a program to assist our clients through every step of the custom building process, alleviating the stress and fears commonly associated with custom home building.
> PLANNING AND DESIGN
DEFINE YOUR VISION
Initial client meeting to determine your overall vision, style of home, budget, construction requirements, and land location. We encourage any questions a client may have regarding the home building process, services, home construction and building sites. The earlier we can get together with our clients the better we will be able to make decisions throughout the home’s construction process.
LOCATION
If a client has yet to purchase land, Leed construction ltd is willing to assist clients in finding suitable land to purchase which is ideal for their lifestyle and budget. If clients have already purchased land, We will complete a site visit with the client prior to starting home plans to analyse the overall site conditions and review the location of the home in relation to the surroundings.
ARCHITECTURAL BLUEPRINTS
Clients shall meet with Leed construction ltd Architectural team to translate a custom design into preliminary and final building plans. Architectural services are complimentary and exclusive to all Leed construction ltd clientele.
CONTRACTS
Construction contract is formulated which outlines architectural drawings, details and specifications and all associated costs.
> CONSTRUCTION
PROJECT START
Initial start-up meeting with Leed Construction Ltd team to provide further details about the building process and building schedule.
INTERIOR DESIGN
Leed Construction designer’s will schedule all appointments with trades and suppliers and assist client in all interior detailing and selections to suit your personal taste and budget. Interior design consultation is complimentary and exclusive Leed Construction Ltd client.
MILESTONES OF CONSTRUCTION
Periodical site visits with the client will occur throughout the duration of the build to review such items as electrical locations and design details. Leed Construction Ltd will contact clients to schedule site visits and encourage clients to contact Leed Construction Ltd at anytime during construction for additional site visits.
> OCCUPANCY
PRE-CLOSING INSPECTION
A pre-closing inspection is scheduled with client one week prior to occupancy. Work during this final week focuses on completing items on list prior to possession.
POSSESSION
Upon completion, a final inspection and closing will be scheduled with the client to transfer ownership of the new home. At this time Leed Construction Ltd provides clients with manuals, warranties and an over view of operations within the home.
